Syracuse Content Creator
Superfecta is expanding into Syracuse, and we’re looking for a creative, strategic Content Creator to help us grow our presence and support our client brands. This is an on-the-ground role for someone who thrives in real environments, not behind a desk all day.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Attending photoshoots and filming content on-site
• Creating short-form video content (Reels + TikTok style edits)
• Assisting with content calendars and campaign planning
• Capturing lifestyle, food, retail and event content
• Collaborating with our strategy and creative team
• Helping execute seasonal campaigns and brand launchesPhotography experience is a strong bonus
Who This Role Is Perfect For
This role is perfect for someone who genuinely understands visual storytelling and knows how to bring a brand to life through content. You’re comfortable guiding clients during shoots, helping them feel natural on camera, and capturing moments that feel both polished and authentic. You know how to edit engaging short-form video that actually holds attention, and while you stay on top of trends, you’re thoughtful about how and when to use them. You’re organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage moving pieces without things slipping through the cracks. Most importantly, you’re excited about growing within a scaling agency and being part of building something meaningful in a new market. This position will begin part-time, with strong potential to grow as our Syracuse presence expands.
Requirements
• 1–3 years content creation experience preferred
• Strong iPhone shooting skills required
• Reel editing skills required (CapCut, InShot, Premiere, etc.)
• Photography skills are a bonus
• Must be based in or near Syracuse, NY
• Reliable transportation
Compensation
$20-26/hour to start, based on experience and content/photography skills. Opportunity for growth as our Syracuse presence expands.
